Bookings & Tickets

All bookings are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable. By completing a booking you confirm that all participants meet the age requirements: all players must be at least 6 years old, and players under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the room.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled game time may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the game time, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Because each slot is reserved exclusively for your group, we are unable to fill last-minute cancellations.

Late Arrivals

Games begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss the game master briefing. Due to the nature of our scenarios, we cannot permit entry into the room after the game has begun. No refund will be issued for late arrivals who are unable to participate.

Waiver Requirement

All participants must complete a liability waiver before playing. Waivers can be signed online in advance at our Waiver page or in person at our Williston location. Participants who have not signed a waiver will not be permitted to play.

Health & Safety

Our rooms contain flickering or flashing lighting and sounds that may startle. Please inform our staff of any health conditions, sensory sensitivities, or mobility concerns before your game. Escape Room 60 is ADA compliant.

Conduct

Participants must treat all equipment, props, and staff with respect. Deliberate damage to equipment may result in additional charges. Escape Room 60 reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

Liability

Participation in our escape room experiences is voluntary and at your own risk. Escape Room 60 is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation except where required by law. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to play.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash value. They may be redeemed for any available game time, subject to availability.

Changes to These Terms

Escape Room 60 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
